Meet Dr. Shane Ness
Improving lives in Redmond, WA, one person and one smile at a time.
My father is a dentist, and growing up, I admired the way he connected with people while helping them feel better about their health and their smiles. Today, I’m proud to carry that same passion into my own practice here at Village Dentistry.
Every day is different. One moment, I’m helping a grandparent restore their bite and confidence; the next, I’m guiding a child through their very first dental visit. What I love most is those moments of connection and the trust that builds over time.
Outside the office, life is full and fun with my wife, Emily, and our two sons, Maddox and Colton, as well as our dog, Ziggy, and our cat, Lava. We’re always on the move with school, sports, and family adventures. When we can, we sneak away to ski or travel.
I enjoy hunting, fishing, and cooking meals with ingredients from our garden, grown by my sons and me. I also stay active in the dental community and volunteer on the executive council of the Seattle King County Dental Society.

Meet Dr. Tina Dinh
Combining psychological insight with advanced dentistry in Redmond, WA.
Every patient who walks through our doors brings their own story, needs, and goals—and it’s my job to meet them with compassion, respect, and care they can trust. Whether I’m doing a routine exam or something more complex like a crown or denture, I take pride in the details and always aim to make each visit feel calm and reassuring.
With a background in psychology, I love using those skills to ease dental anxiety and help patients feel at ease. My goal is to make every visit feel calm, supportive, and genuinely positive.
I’m here to support your health—but also to build a lasting relationship that makes coming to the dentist feel easier every time.
Outside of the office, I enjoy cooking and exploring new flavors. I especially enjoy creating dishes that connect me to my Vietnamese roots, whether I’m following a family recipe or experimenting with something new.
You’ll also find me checking out local food spots with friends and family or taking peaceful walks through nearby parks. It’s my way of slowing down, staying grounded, and appreciating the simple moments.

I’m always working to stay current with the latest techniques and technology. Dentistry is constantly evolving, and I believe my patients deserve care that reflects the best of what’s possible today.
Outside the office, I like to stay active—especially on the golf course, where I’m always working on perfecting my swing. I’m also a big hockey fan and rarely miss a Kraken game.
